Just one more post today. Some Tibetan buddhist get the crap kicked out of them by the NYPD for peacefully demonstrating at the UN Building in New York. Yes this is the United States. I guess we can say goodbye to the 1st Amendment too.

S.F. Activists Use Twitter, Pirate Radio to Manage Anti-War Protesters

Wired has a nice article on a group called called Direct Action to Stop the War, a San Francisco anti-war protesters, marking the fifth anniversary of the invasion of Iraq are using the micro-blogging service Twitter to coordinate their movements throughout the day.
